After more than 30 years of animal rescue, I feel like I’ve found an urgent care that understands affordability and efficiency. We had to put down a 16 year old after a sudden turn of health. The staff was so kind and accommodating.

It is never easy to say goodbye; even though it was the right decision to make. Thank you for the great care you gave Amelia in her final moments. We were the last appointment of the night on 12-18, and the whole staff was genuinely kind and accommodating. This year, with great sadness had to say goodbye to two of our companions (Gizmo and Amelia) and in both situations, your clinic went above and beyond the services you provided. From the bottom of my heart, I appreciate everything you guys did for Amelia and my family. We will be forever grateful.

My kitty was having trouble urinating and was vomiting. I called at 8:50pm and informed them my eta was 9:02. Although though they stop intake at 9pm they accepted us! The whole team was so welcoming and very helpful! I will bring my pets here if they ever need care in the future and 100% recommend them! Thank you so so so much, I know you guys didn’t have to accept us but I am so grateful that you did! ❤️

I ran in because I was in a panic to figure out what was wrong with my fur baby. I was greeted by the front desk and those 2 ladies were super super sweet as I was describing what was happening. Another I’m assuming doctor came from the back to hear my story but she did have judgy eyes and was super firm with her questions almost as though she didn’t believe me. I didn’t see her the rest of my visit. I was the later greeted by another doctor who also at first was a little judgy, and I wouldn’t say mean but was a tad harsh as if I’m the one who hurt my baby. As the night went on the second doctor got better and I guess noticed I was truly in shock as to the outcome I was faced with. That day was unforgettable. Overall they are a good place but I wish they would truly listen and not judge. I would revisit because I hear good things, just at my visit I wish I wasnt looked at crazy at first and they genuinely saw that I was really trying to get the best care for my baby 🩷

I was not anticipating needing an urgent care appointment Sunday for my dog. Nor did I expect to not come home with him. From the moment I arrived at AcutePet everyone was kind and professional. The vet tech and veterinarian treated my dog with compassion and kindness. The veterinarian explained all of the test results and didn’t pressure me to get all labs and work up available. He only suggested options that would be most appropriate. The veterinarian helped me make the best informed decision for my dog. Sadly my dog gained his wings, but it was done with compassion, kindness and peacefully. Thank you for helping me navigate this difficult situation.

I wish I could give this place more than 5 stars because they truly deserve it! The staff is very friendly and welcoming along with knowledgeable and understanding. We took our cat here for a medical emergency and although our outcome wasn’t what we were hoping for.. They were very understanding and supportive through the whole process!

I had to rush my Blue Tick to AcutePet yesterday morning for multiple puncture wounds, my other dog attacked him. 😢 They were extremely caring, informative and on top of his injuries. Highly recommend!
