Lovely lady at the front desk she made me feel welcome. The staff were very nice and knowledgeable. My kitten “Sweetie” is a big boy now and doing well. Would recommend if there is an emergency or veterinarian services needed. This is a late review but worth it.

Our older dog took a turn for the worse after our regular vets hours, we brought him to Acute and they treated him compassionately and ethically. They turned a terrible experience into a manageable one. Very grateful towards the staff

My dog needed immediate attention but she is a Rottweiler and is not very friendly. The staff was so accommodating to her needs and made sure that I was comfortable and that my dog was too. They made a scary situation feel so calm and controlled. I will absolutely recommend this place to everyone!

My poor little guy had an abscessed anal gland that ruptured while we were waiting to be seen at Blue Pearl. It was going to be at least another 2 hours for them to see him, so I called AcutePet and they said they would see him right away. Everyone was so nice and compassionate! The office was clean and calm – unlike most emergency vet clinics. I wish we had brought him there before wasting over 2 hours waiting at the other place. They got him fixed up quickly and gave him something for the pain. I got a call from their office this morning, checking on my sweet Loki. I can’t properly express how grateful I am for the care they provided for my baby!

From the moment my dog and I walked into the door, we were treated with kindness and compassion. The staff was excellent and took great care of my dog and by the next day my dog was doing a lot better. The facility was nice and clean! I highly recommend them!
