All of a sudden Friday night, our dog Murray was not himself. I made an appt for Saturday afternoon. We actually brought him in an hour early because he was getting worse. The staff was amazing. They were very compassionate and understanding. They walked us through everything step by step. They did let us know the prices as we went along which I appreciated. The prices were reasonable for what they did for us. We were able to spend as much time as we needed before and afterwards. The decision is never easy. They did not pressure us one way or the other. They were wonderful, each and every one of them. My family appreciates all you did for us .Thank you.

I strongly recommend AcutePet Urgent Care!! Superb Staff👍👍It was a sad day for me but I really felt the care and compassion from this staff unlike any other vet office I have been in during the years I had my Annie girl. What amazing nurse’s and vet !!! They saved my cat Luna from dieing from a infection,and even though my little spicey baby gave them a hard time they were still so nice to her it was a amazing visit and I would recommend all my friends and family members with fur babies to go here if you have a emergency with you pet this is the place you wanna go she is home now and back to old self and I couldn’t be more grateful thank to all the nurses and vet as well as the nurse that became my BFF for the day sending me pictures all day of Luna on how she was doing that made my visit more comfortable as well angels on earth thank you so much

Extremely responsive . I booked an appt online after hours for next AM but input information as to the issue. They called and said I should get our cat into a 24 hour place right away. We did, they said his vitals were such that it would be better to wait until the next day so we went to AcutePet early the next day. They were empathetic, communicated well, were gentle and very knowledgable.
